Yulista Aviation, Inc. was formed in 2007 and has established a solid reputation for providing a wide range of rapid response support to the Department of Defense, all US military services and Foreign Military Service (FMS) customers. These support services range from basic manufacturing to technically advanced modifications of aviation, ground, missile and naval weapon systems.

YAI is certified as a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Repair Station, meeting Combined Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 145 requirements for qualification of repair parts, authorized tools and equipment, calibration standards and procedures, training requirements, and FAA maintenance records. YAI employs FAA licensed mechanics and electricians.

YAI achieved ISO 9001/AS9100 & AS9110 certification, assuring our customers the highest possible quality with built-in procedures to ensure accountability and continuous proactive improvement to both processes and products.

YAI is certified in DCMA 8210.1 (AR 95-20) Compliant, Government Approved Ground/Flight Operations. The YAI quality control program was developed in compliance with ISO9001, AS9110, and AS9100 to maintain all operations under control, prevent non-conformance, focus on customer satisfaction, pursue continual improvement and instill confidence in our team.

YAI is a subsidiary of Yulista Holding, LLC, the federal contracting arm of the Calista Corporation— one of the 13 Regional Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs). The Calista Region is located in the southwestern part of Alaska where residents still speak their traditional language, and value their cultural way of life.
